You'll be sharing a full size bath with one other male roommate in his early-mid 30's. There is a nice balcony deck on the main floor that overlooks the backyard. There are 2 males who reside in the daylight basement in their early 40's and 50's. They have their own separate shared bathroom. Monthly rent is $750 plus utilities. Utilities, which includes electricity, gas, water/sewer and internet, are shared and split 4 ways. Lawn care and garbage are covered by us. Requires $500 fully refundable security deposit, first month's rent, and a background check. Very walkable and bike friendly, also convenient bus and highway access. It's walking distance to local favorites like McMenamin's Kennedy School, Ranch Pizza, P's And Q's Market, Beaumont Village and the Alberta Arts District, as well as the new University of Oregon campus. Also, there are several great parks nearby. Unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate pets or couples.
