Housemates Wanted for Port Huron Home Looking for up to 3 housemates to share my beautiful home with. There are 3 rooms available beginning Oct 1st. Can be flexible on move in date. The Home: The home sits on half-acre of land, situated against the Black River Country Club in Port Huron and is located in a quiet and welcoming community. This colonial style brick home was built in 1998, is roughly 3800 sq ft, has 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, central air & heat, a dishwasher, a garbage disposal, a laundry room, a billiards room, a fitness room with tv, ping pong table & basketball game in garage, plenty of cabinet and pantry space, a patio, and optional basement storage available for an additional monthly cost. Available Rooms: Each room is fully furnished, and includes a new bed/mattress and separate TV's with access to streaming platforms such as Hulu, Netflix, HBO Max, and Prime. Each room is on the second floor. Room 1: $1100/month; $500 deposit; approx. 200 sq ft; fully private bathroom; 1 garage parking spot; furnished including TV Room 2: Occupied (not available) Room 3: $950/month; $500 deposit; approx. 350 sq ft; shared bathroom; 1 garage parking spot; furnished including TV Room 4: $800/month; $500 deposit; approx. 200 sq ft; shared bathroom; driveway parking; furnished including TV (All rooms require a 6 month Agreement) Each of the 3 available rooms range in price, but require a $500 security deposit. Please read the room descriptions. Be specific about which room you are interested in renting. All room rentals must agree to a 6 month rental agreement. With potential to renew at the end of the term. Renters must provide a 30 day notice to the home owner if at the end of the 6 month lease, they plan on leaving or renewing their term. Should a renter leave before the end of their 6 month agreement, they may be liable for any unpaid months, at the discretion of the home owner. Home owner reserves the right to evict, with or without notice any renter creating an unsafe environment, or who is not respecting the home and the property or who is not respecting other individuals living in the home. This also includes if the renter is not maintaining a reasonable degree fo cleanliness in shared spaces. Guests: Having a friend over during the day is fine but no gatherings for renters are permitted but no overnight stays for renter guests. Cigarettes not permitted in the home, outside in back is fine. 420 fine within room but not in shared spaces of the house.
