In your unit you will have private Washer & Dryer hookups, and Two Bedrooms. Third bedroom has no closet. Water and Sewer are included free of charge; you are responsible for gas heat and electric. You have the entire back yard to yourself. Call for an appointment, do not disturb tenants. Must have a good rental history, no judgments or evictions from landlords within the past 5 years, and make 3x the monthly rent. Application fee is $45 per applicant, proof of income and two forms of ID required to apply. If accepted you will be required to pay deposit plus 1st month's rent to prior to move in. Not Dogs allowed.
