This will make someone a wonderful home not only because it is an excellent location but it has was totally remodeled in 2000 with upgrades in windows, wiring, plumbing, siding etc. Then in 2000 a new furnace was installed, in 2004 new central air & in 2001 new roofing. This couple really enjoys their fenced back yard & spend time relaxing around their firepit. 1 1/2 car garage where you can have a car plus storage or work bench area.
