Downtown Salt Lake being one of our favorite spots on the globe and all, we get a little excited when a good loft near the area hits the market. In this case, our excitement is highly warranted. The Warehouse District Lofts are located in the best of downtown spots...that is to say, the Warehouse District. These are right on the cusp of everything good, gang. Think: Finca (*ahem*) right outside your door, Pallet (*ahem*) just a few steps away, and Pioneer Park just around the corner. We're always suckers for exposed brick, and this building--which was converted to loft space in 1997--is serving vintage, industrial charm in spades with high ceilings and large windows. The kitchen and living spaces are wide open, and we're loving that wash of natural light. Square footage figures are provided as a courtesy estimate only. Buyer is advised to obtain an independent measurement.
