This is a great apartment for the rent I am charging!! The rental market is slow in Denton right now, so I have lowered the rent to make this apartment very attractive to the right person. The location is also great! It is across from the city park and only a few blocks from the square. It is in the heart of "Old Town Denton" The park across the street has a walking trail around the entire area for a little excercise or an evening stroll! The city swimming pool and Emily Fowler library are also located within the park. It is a 2 bedroom 1 bath and has large room sizes. The Kitchen, Dining and living space are an open layout, which promote a feeling of spaciousness. There is an actual dining space, but many tenants have also used it as an office space. It is a small complex (only 20 units) and most tenants find it very homey! I have owned this complex since 1990 and I am a "great landlord" rather than some corporate machine or greedy person. I treat my tenants in a friendly manner and try very hard to make sure our landlord/tenant relationship is a Win-Win. All tenants have my cell number and my son's number and when a problem arises, we are a text away. We don't require a formal written request to get our help. Lastly, I dont charge extra/hidden fees like the big complexes and when a tenant moves out I dont look for an obscure reason to keep their deposit. A tenant must have a minimum credit score of 660 A 6 month lease is OK The deposit is $500
