Raspberry bushes are already planted and produce a lot each year. The yard gets a lot of sun, so it is perfect for this! The house is a triplex. Your potential home would be on the bottom level floor that opens directly into the backyard. The apartment is a "basement apartment" but has full windows and gets lots of light and is totally dry, so most likely you will not notice that it is a basement apartment... Of course the unit is completely private and is a separate apartment. There is a big porch on the front as well as the back of the apartment (shown in the pictures). What else can I tell you? Everybody in the building is quite nice and friendly and gets along very well. This "rental" won't be typical in that you will be dealing with me (the owner) and not some rental agency and strange tenants living next to you. Thus there is no screening fee, application fee, or other garbage you are charged by rental agencies. I will however ask for references, a credit check (which we can do together for free), and a security deposit and a small cleaning fee, which is standard.
