The location is awesome, right in the cambrian park, just 5-10 minutes drive to all major grocery stores and 10 minutes drive to caltrain and san jose downtown. The house comes with ADT and Ring cameras installed for security. The neighborhood is quite and peaceful with great schools (look it up on zillow and redfin), perfect place to raise your kids. Looking for someone who will treat my home like theirs and respect it. it's a 1 year lease and we can continue after. No smoking inside the house. But backyard and outside is allowed. Owner Pays : Gardner and Ring Renter Pays: PG&E and Wifi (its not much, we can negotiate)
