You can either fix what's there, or I created blueprints with a professional engineer, stamped and sealed with plans on enlarging the house, and convert it to a very comfortable 3/2 with plans on converting the detached garage into a mother in law suit after the main house was completed. The property size is almost 1/2 acres with the only house in the neighborhood with connecting access to the huge hospital behind the house.
