This is a one-time expense. My company requires the total rent amount be paid in full at the time a reservation is taken. Cable TV, water, sewer, garbage pickup & lawn mowing included. Owner pays for the first $50 of electric; renter is responsible for everything over the $50. Renter is also responsible for propane.
