This room, located next to the back deck, has stunning bay views and greenery of the hills, fresh air and wonderful outdoor area and 43 Inch tv in room. There is Internet TV and Cable also at no extra Charge. The Neighbourhood is very Quiet and peaceful. From the room you can see the entire Bay area and at night it is even more beautiful as the Lights are spectacular! No smoking inside property or Drugs. No pets or service animals as a couple permanent guests have severe allergies. - Quiet hours are from 10PM - 9AM. you. - No smoking anywhere on the property (inside or outside) - Heavy and/or messy cooking on the stove is not allowed - All guests must clean up after themselves in the kitchen. Leave the kitchen as clean as it was when you walked in. - After 5PM, there is a 30 minute time limit in the kitchen. Other guests also need access and use the kitchen. - No more than one load of laundry a week. Also, once your load is done, please transfer it ASAP because other guests need to do laundry too. - If you working from home and on a zoom meeting or phone call, please keep the volume down and be courteous to other guests (who are probably working from home too). - Buy enough groceries to fit in your area of the fridge. All guests need adequate space in the fridge/pantry/cabinets. Upon checkout, please empty your section of the fridge/pantry/cabinets. - Do not use other guests laundry soap - Clean the laundry dryer filter before and after each use. - Download Whats-app so you can be added to the group chat with other guests. (Not required, but recommended). - If you park on the driveway, be ready to move for anyone in the garage. - Please try to save electricity by turning off unused lights and fans. - Do not put things like bones, coffee grounds, eggshells, etc. in the garbage disposal. - No smoking anywhere on the property (inside or outside) - We do not provide toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and bath soap for stays longer than 7 days.
