Our current roommate will be moving out very soon and we are looking for a girl roommate to replace him with. We live in a three bedroom two bathrrom town house. We split rent per person usualy with 3 people living here its about $550-580 a person with utilities. Rent wont ever be more than $600 per person but it does change monthly based on utilities.
