Our home is great for family and friends. It is made for large gatherings and always gets lots of compliments because of the comfortable atmosphere and beautiful backyard. The carport was remodeled into a man-cave for my husband and friends. The house is situated on 2 city lots and could be subdivided. Neighborhood Description It is an established residential neighborhood with a city park two blocks down the street. Children are safe riding their bikes and playing outside. We call it the 'Mayberry' of Oregon. The neighbors are friendly and we all keep a watch over each other's homes. It's a very small historical community only five miles away from a city of about 250,000 complete with shopping, theaters, restaurants, a state college as well as a junior college.
