I am looking for someone to take over my lease at the Station 324 apartments as I'm moving out of the country next month. You may move in anytime on or before July 1st. This was a 1 year lease that I signed and it is ending on the 15th of November. You have the option of going month to month after this. I moved in when the apartment was first built so you will only be the second tenant to have lived there. I also moved in during a leasing special so this apartment is a couple hundred dollars cheaper than what you would find if you went through the leasing office. I am on the first floor and have a direct view of the resort style pool. I am getting rid of all of my furniture so if you might want to buy something, let me know and I will leave it there for you. Please follow this link to Station 324's website to submit an application. The moment you are approved you may move in. All pets welcome with the exception of lockjaw breeds. No smoking in tenant units allowed. utilities range anywhere from $70-$120 a month. A parking space in the back of the building is an additional $50 a month. Internet and cable are $50 a month and is included with the rent.
