Newly renovated living area. Unfurnished in a quiet neighborhood with a nice back yard. Kitchen is new as well as the bathroom. New flooring throughout. The house has a new furnace and the central air unit is only a few years old. The house will not be ready to show until the Tuesday 7/22 but we will take all inquiries in advance. First month's rent and security deposit are due at lease signing. We are able to furnish the house if needed but we would have to discuss price. 12 month lease Security deposit and 1st months rent due at signing of the lease. Renter is responsible for electric, heating oil, snow removal, internet and water. Owner provides trash and lawn care.
