One tenant is moving out and therefore I am looking for either one or two people to take over the spare bedrooms. If one person moved in, you would have your own bathroom and bedroom for $1700 plus utilities. If two people moved in, you would still have your own bedroom but you'd share a bathroom with one other tenate. One person in each room: $1075 per person plus utilities. If a couple moved into one room: $950 per person plus utilities. Brand new washer and dryer in the house. Fenced backyard.
