Pretty much a 15-20 minute drive/Uber ride to anywhere in L.A. (for the most part). Walking distance to Trader Joe's, 24-hour Ralph's, The Grove, LACMA as well as many La Brea restaurants, shops, yoga studios, a Crossfit gym, a Yogurtland -- it's all around us! I'm looking for a 30-something male or female roommate who is cool, employed, reliable, can pay the bills on time, keeps the public areas clean, doesn't have a live-in boyfriend/girlfriend, not a hardcore partier, and is a nice human being. I'm basically looking for an adult who has their life together. We don't have to be best friends, but we don't have to be strangers either. Just looking for a friendly, respectful roommate.
