Front Porch, back cement Patio, (not covered) New forced air furnace added to kitchen and laundry room in 2015. Rest of home heated with water radiators. Home was totally rewired, All new windows, and a new roof since we bought home. Two rooms in attic are finished and has been used as another bedroom from time to time.
