    What's special

Not your average house! This house is special, featuring 4 bedrooms, three baths, and tons of storage space. The cape cod style uses every available space so when you get inside you can't believe how big the house is. There are three fireplaces, a huge dining room, and eat-in kitchen, family room in the basement, large laundry room, a room currently used as a craft room that is a second kitchen with cabinets and sink and gas hook ups. The hardwood on the main level was recently refinished so it looks nice and fresh. The kitchen has original robins egg blue counters that really make the kitchen so bright and fun. There is a three season porch attached to the garage that is completely decorated like it's part of the house. It has one of the fireplaces and a built in grill. Great for outdoor entertaining. The garage is an over-sized two stall with an extra room in the back for tools and bikes. The attic above the garage is the full length of the garage so tons of room to store seasonal items. The home sits on a double lot with a large fenced back yard featuring a play set and shed. Great neighborhood with lots of great neighbors. The park at the end of the street adjoins to Kent trails and has a beautiful creek with bridge along the path. The Fourth of July fireworks are set off from this park so you can sit in the backyard to watch them. The parade and all the other Fourth of July activities are within walking distance. The library is also in walking distance as well as the farmers market, dutch bakery, ice cream shop and Biggby. It has such an old town America feel that you just don't have many places. It's truly a unique house in a great neighborhood and town. We will really miss it, but we have some dreams that are taking us on a new adventure. We so hope that the right people with come along to love this house as much as we have. 08/25/15
