Smoking is not permitted in house or garage. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. (Electric, water, trash) Looking for a tenant with income of close to $5000 or more and good rental references. I don't charge an application fee but would appreciate it if you would tell me the size and ages of those in your family, monthly income, describe pets, rental history, when you would like to move in, etc. Please don't apply if you have an eviction or criminal history.
