This 3-bedroom, 2-bath house is located in the Fieldstone Farms subdivision, off Three Springs. This home has a fenced in back yard and an attached two car garage. This will include all residents 18 and above. A fee is paid by each potential tenant for the credit/background check. Residents are responsible for lawn and landscape maintenance and all utilities. One pet under 35lbs is allowed, with a one-time $250 non-refundable pet fee, and a $10/month pet fee. For insurance purposes, no aggressive breeds are allowed. We do not accept section 8 housing.
