The Space: My Room: Located on the 2nd floor with great natural light and high ceilings. Fully Furnished: The room includes a bed, desk, and storage. The common areas are also furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and housewares (blender, coffee press, etc.). Amenities: In-unit Washer/Dryer (free), Central AC, and Dishwasher. Rent & Roommates: Rent: $620/month (Total rent is $1,860 split between 3 people). Utilities: Water, Sewer, and Trash are included. Electric and Internet are split equally between the 3 roommates. Roommates: You'll be sharing the space with two other easy-going guys. Location Perks: Extremely walkable to campus. Clean, smoke-free, and well-maintained building.
