Pleasant is accessed by 526 as well or downtown can be reached in 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant, as well as, yard maintenance. A minimum credit score of 600 and proof of income three times the amount of the rent. A refrigerator does not come with this home. A pet addition is at the discretion of the owner and will require additional, nonrefundable pet fees. There is a $50 application fee per adult for a background check and credit check.
