However, they are not expensive at all. During the summer, with the air constantly on, my electricity bill was only $30 dollars.There is a laundry facility located in the complex with cheaper prices than majority of laundr-o-mats.The lease is over on May 13th, which is perfect for an IU student looking to move during the summer.However, it is also renewable.Pets add an addition $20 dollars to the rent, which is cheap compared to most complexes in the area. The best part is that the security deposit and pet deposits on the apartment have already been paid in full and are at no expense to you.Campus is within walking distance, however, the bus also comes every 15 minutes or so.The complex is quite and is filled with many families. The maintenance is very on top of things and have been helpful with any need I have.
