Jack-in-the-box is behind the community. 5 minutes walking to 24hour fitness, a grocery, Starbucks, Yogurt Land, and restaurants. 10 minutes walking to Safeway. There is some noise from the street behind the yard, but if it doesn't bother you much, this is a perfect place to live, especially for those who has kids and/or loves sports. 6 months at least, long-term is preferred.
