Roommate Wanted (March 1): I am looking for a roommate to share space with who is an all around "good human" :) - clean, respectful, fun-loving, genuine, cat lover, and authentic individual who loves life and has a great attitude. About the Home: It is walking distance to downtown and everything that makes Fort Collins so unique and lovable. It's considered a 4 bedroom 1 bath home. Although three of the rooms are very small (located upstairs). They are currently being used as a home office/healing space, a work-out/movement room, which you of course could use as your own- and the third room upstairs is my bedroom! I would even be happy to co-create the office/healing space with my new roommate so it works for us both. The room that is for rent is the "master" and located downstairs next to the bathroom. All other rooms, as well as mine, are located upstairs. This has been a wonderful layout as it provides a lot of privacy between roommates, feeling like you have your own floor. ~ One shared bathroom ~ Laundry in unit ~ I also have two cats that will be your roommates as well! ~ Happy to add you to my Peloton membership! It's a shared house so we have a neighbor on the other side of the house. Overall it's a very chill & quiet home. About Me: I moved to Fort Collins about 7months ago and have been loving living in Old Town. I am a certified flexologist among many other things and also do healing work on occasion out of the home (upstairs). I have two cats, Linus and Lucy, who are just the sweetest (people lovers). I am very tidy and easy to get along with & live with! I live a pretty quiet life so and am looking for someone who also lives a quiet life. If you like to party at all hours, we probably won't be a good match.
