Background Check All applicants 18+ will be subject to a background check. Policies Occupancy Limits Maximum 2 Unrelated Occupants Maximum 4 Occupants Smoking No Smoking, Vaping or Marijuana is permitted anywhere on the property. Pets Small to Medium Dogs considered with $300 non-refundable deposit and $30 a month. Utilities All utilities are paid by tenant including electric, gas and trash pickup. All yard work and tools necessary to keep property maintained will be the responsibility of the tenant. This includes watering, mowing, fall cleanup, etc. Online Rent Payment Rent is collected online via Avail landlord software.
