Heat/AC/Water/Electricity and Internet included in lease. Ongoing free access to use full size washer/dryer in an enclosed shed behind the unit. Easy walk to downtown Stevenson, yet privacy and nature abound! Landlords (husband and wife) live on site in the main house. We are easy-going and quiet. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat that are outside on the property when we are supervising. We also have 5 free range chickens that are cooped at night. Free eggs! Your pet is welcome - if supervised when outdoors and OK with the other animals. First/last month + $1000 deposit required for move in, and must pass standard background check.
