    What's special

Looking for someone to sublet my room from Mid May to July. If interested can extend to August! Location is great with quiet, tree-lined street only 3 blocks west of UPenn. Two minute walk to the green line trolley, 5 minutes to Market-Frankford line. It's a big house (8 bedrooms), but four floors means it doesn't ever feel crowded. Great balance of privacy and socializing. Your room would be on the 3rd floor (very quiet), about 225 sq ft...rent includes utilities. If interested, I can send you pictures of the room. Comes furnished (bed/bedpost, desk, dresser, clothes rack) Some of it I may leave, some of it I may try to sell, but we can figure it out! All the other housemates are great (a mix of UPenn grad students and young professionals working in Center City, all in mid-20s) and on different schedules so there has never been a crowded kitchen if you hope to cook!General details about the house:The living room, with it's wainscoting, wood beam, built-in stair and window seat, along with the working fireplace is by far the most popular hang out in the house. The gigantic kitchen, with it ample counter and cabinet space, is perfect for large dinner parties. And with the granite topped work-island, fridge, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal, this kitchen was built to accommodated multiple chefs. Don't know where to host all those hungry mouths? No problem, the large dining room, with it's contemporary table has comfortable seating for eight.basement has an entertainment system with a 120? screen and projector. The backyard, replete with a gas grill, is a perfect spot to chill out and gather all summer long. All of the 8 rooms on the second, third & fourth floors feature large windows, original wood floors and woodwork. The parlor room features a fireplace.
