Beautiful, frame home. Built by my mom and myself with help through habitat for humanity, as the second house built by the organization in charlotte county. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It also has spacious attic storage. The garage is 12 x 30? Double v that and that's attic space. There's 12 -20 year old oaks surrounding the left side and back side with 1-29 year oak in the front, supplying canopy shade over the house. There's a homemade, ..but well built, fire pit as well as a work shed. Will be having another big shed soon. I will never mortgage this home nor sell it, unless it's an insane price to where if I didn't take it my mother would roll in her grave. My mom paid this home off, twice actually, and I made the last $37,567.98 payment to not have a mortgage so there's no fear of losing it to some corrupt bank. S0 if you really want this house, don't even bother if its not well over 7 digits. Is not worth it, financially, but sentimental, priceless, until in over 7 digits.
