    House being re-listed after rental contract not signed. If this is up, it is still available and we are taking applications. As soon as a lease is signed it will be taken off Zillow. Recently remodeled house on corner lot. New hard surface flooring in all rooms. Current tenants to be out by July 1, but they are willing to do showings once we have qualified applicants. No showings of the house until 6/21 and then only to PREQUALIFIED APPLICANTS with applications submitted. The video is several years old, and updates have been done on the flooring and such, but it gives you a good idea of the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Convenient to both Dallas and Forth Worth. Verified $5000 monthly household income. Credit and background check required. Please do not submit a credit and background check without verifiable $5000 monthly income. We do not get the money from the checks and cannot refund you the money. If your credit score is over 700, It is $3400 total move in - that is the first month's rent and the deposit. If your credit score is under 700, it is $5500 total move in - that is first AND last mont's rent, and the deposit. We can work with you on the last month's rent and split it up into payments over 6 months. Pet considered on case by case basis with $500 deposit, $100 of which is non-refundable. Large breeds or multiple animals may require additional deposits. Tenant responsible for all utilities. Non-smokers preferred. House does not have washer/dryer or Fridge included - tenant must provide.
