Tenant's space includes the front bedroom and hallway, as well as sharing the kitchen and living room space. Tenant may use half of the garage and the matching half of the driveway (directly behind the garage space) for parking. Tenant must disclose any maintenance issues they encounter in a timely manner. For tenant's overnight guests who are staying for more than one night, the full duration of stay must be disclosed and approved by the homeowner in advance.
