Please note, this home does not have a stove or oven. We allow a maximum of two pets and charge a $45 fee for each pet, per stay. Unfortunately, we do not allow cats at the property. Guests who bring unauthorized pets onto the property will be responsible for a fine of $250 per pet, and any additional cleaning charges based on the cleanliness of the home at time of check-out. Our NoiseAware technology monitors noise levels and occupancy to help maintain a respectful atmosphere. Excessive noise or occupancy will trigger an automatic reminder of our quiet hours and noise level rules. We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties, or gatherings of any sort. Quiet hours are daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Sound amplification devices, such as speakers, are never allowed at the home. Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later, and check-out is at 11:00 AM unless previously discussed. Guests must vacate the unit at the end of its rental period. If the housekeepers arrive on time at 11:00 AM and the unit is not vacated, guests will be charged $100 every fifteen minutes past 11:00 AM for their delay. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve this property. Our property is 100% smoke-free, including both private and communal areas. Evidence of smoking will result in a fine of up to $2,000 for smoke remediation. Unauthorized additional guests or visitors will result in a fee of $250 per person. If using party decorations, please do not use tape that will damage the paint on the walls, confetti, or glitter in the home or backyard. If any tape, decorations, glitter, or confetti are found on the property following your stay, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
