The reason my pricing is higher is because I remolded the entire condo. my kitchen is beautiful. Plus I am leaving all the furniture, T.V. fireplace, beds, pots pans everything. Its turn key and also rents for $1,300.00 month, if you snow-birds. For a single parent the schools are the best (A schools) Small but mighty! Condo is 2 bed/ 2 full bath/washer-dryer/ storage.
