The apartment features a large living room, a bedroom, kitchen/common space and is equipped with three air conditioners, one in each room. There are three distinct spaces: the large living room with king size bed, kitchen with sofa and coffee table, and bedroom(king size bed). We are happy to leave you the beds and all kitchen appliance. Additionally, the apartment has a fenced backyard. Pets are allowed. And you can enter the apartment from both ways from the backyard(bedroom), and the living room(main enter). So it will work for roommates as well. You will have exclusive exit to the backyard. We will be happy to leave you beds, and sofa, but also we can clean up apartment as the totally empty space. There is a pictures of a place as it is now with furniture, but also, pictures when it was empty to give you understanding of an empty space. Backyard pics there as well. To take over the lease, we'll need to contact our landlords and confirm that you're ready to move in. They will run a background check, and then you'll sign the contract directly with them. You'll make payments to the landlords from that point forward. We're ready to move out as soon as possible, and you're welcome to come by and check out the place, or we can schedule a video tour if that's more convenient. You won't need to pay anything to us directly only if you decide to sign the lease. We will be happy to leave you beds. We really liked this place but moving out for the job opportunity. . The kitchen comes fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a fridge, oven, and more. This apartment is perfect for couples, as it offers two separate workspaces. Or roommates. Location highlights: 10-minute walk to Newark Penn Station and PATH. 20 MIN TO NEW YORK PENN on an NJ transit, and 20 min to World Trade Center on the Pass. Rent: Currently we are paying $1760 per month, + utilities.(100 per month, gas, electricity, wifi) - may change a little bit after you will sign the lease. Walking distance to Newark Rutgers, NJIT Pet's are allowed. Renter should pay for gas and electricity(100 dollars total).
