It sits on a lovely shaded double lot that allows for a nice big yard with grass and lots of summer flowers. The beach association house offers varied summer activities, a basketball court, shuffle board, parades and picnics to name a few. You can even make arrangements with the Dockmaster for your personal watercraft or boat! Old Saybrook itself is known for its many great restaurants, boutique and outlet shopping, it's Katie Hepburn theatre, a wonderful library, a train depot and easy access to Rt 9 and 95 to explore the shoreline beyond to New London, Mystic,Stonington and even Newport.
