This home has given us the perfect balance of privacy and community. It sits tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by pine trees, which makes it feel peaceful and private, yet it’s still right in the middle of a very family-friendly neighborhood where everyone looks out for each other. We’ve loved how convenient it is to everything you need at the lake, whether it’s grabbing something at the store, heading to a restaurant, out for ice cream or being just a couple minutes from the boat ramps at Martin Bay. The location makes it so easy to enjoy long days on the water and come home to relax. One of our favorite parts of this property is the outdoor living space. The huge carport isn’t just for parking, it’s where we’ve set up cookouts, gathered with friends, and had plenty of room for boats, cars, and seating. It’s the perfect spot to hang out after a day on the lake. This home has been the ideal lake getaway being private, convenient, and welcoming. It’s been the best place to make memories with family and friends.
