This is a room only in a family house. There is no access to the kitchen or to the basement. Laundry is a few blocks away. Parking is in the street. What is nice about this room is that it is walking distance to many stores and the train is a few blocks away if you need to go into the city. Looking for someone that does not smoke and do not make noise. Also no pets allow. This is just a room not a one bedroom apartment or studio. The bathroom is share with another room. If interested in seeing it let me know. All utilities included. There is also WiFi available and can connect to tv for basic channel. If you want a tv box it will be extra. There are cameras in the common area for self monitoring purpose only. First last and security deposit maybe required. Month to month with two month minimal.
