One of the largest homes in the park on a nice shaded lot in the back of the park (Very quiet). Central AC, LP furnace, LP stove, Wood burning fireplace, 2 refrigerators (one in the kitchen and one in the storage area), whole house water filters, softener, and RO System is included. Washer Dryer hookups are in the utility room. One bedroom has a King bed, other bedroom has a Queen bed. We used an area in the addition for a 3rd bedroom and separated it with a curtain. Kitchen has a table with 6 chairs. Very nice Poly/Vinyl Gazebo with screens, table, 4 chairs, electric, lights, and ceiling fan. New Vinyl shed in back for mower (push mower included) etc. Pier spaces are available for rent. Resort is open April through October and lot rent is due each year (around $3000), this year has been paid for. Resort has a beach, basketball court, beach volleyball court, and free Wi-Fi available.
