This is the 2nd flr. of a house. Very basic place but lots of room. There is a long hallway which has doors to 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a family room and a small kitchen. One bedroom has its own bathroom. There is really no yard except for a small side lot. Current tenants are still there but they will be moving into one of our other apartments at the end of December. After a few days of repairs it will be good to move into. There is a small front yard and off street parking. Rent is $999 + security & utilities. Pets will not be allowed except by special exception. Then there will be a $200 deposit and $50/month for each pet. Tenant pays all utilities
