There are hardwood floors in the living room and bedrooms, a built in book case, a very efficient wood burning stove insert in the living room, as well as a gas fireplace in the bonus room. Our laundry room houses a front loading washer and dryer. The place is furnished, with queen beds in the bedrooms, dressers, dining room table, armoire, a sofa in the living room, and a futon sofa in the bonus room. Our wonderful yard offers great respite from those hot summer days. We have several food bearing plants: raspberries, blackberries, cherries, kiwi berries, artichokes, blueberries, strawberries, apples, grapes, tomatoes and arugula. We have a wonderful chicken coop, if you want to try your hand at raising chickens. We are walk-able to Peninsula Park Community Center, Woodlawn Park and Elementary School, Dekum Triangle, Woodlawn Farmers Market, New Seasons Arbor Lodge, Safeway, Wallgreens, Starbucks, North Williams Ave businesses; close to the Max yellow line and major bus routes.
