About the place: - In unit laundry ! Such a gem! And they work perfect. Also microwave/dishwasher/ oven / electric stove work good - Two bedrooms on opposite ends . One is super quiet the other gets street noise but not horribly - One bathroom. The shower is a little small but other than that really nice. - Living room has two cute windows and one with a fire escape - Third floor so no neighbors above you! No elevator tho, but it's not too bad - A wonderful deli downstairs and a target around the corner - NO history of pests or anything like that ! I'm only moving because of a personal emergency and needing to return home - Allows small pets! - central AC/ heating - No on street parking but I pay 375 for a valet around the corner with pick up 24/7 . I love it and it keeps my car super safe - Available Now (Jan.10) thru February for move in I'm moving and looking to rent out a beautiful two bedroom apartment in center city by rittenhouse park. Utilities are usually about 50-100 depending on use, in the winter it's been about 80 for me and 90 in the summer - I used peco!
