I am looking for a female tenant to sublet my room beginning midAugust The room is pretty spacious and bright, with two large windows. The 2 other tenants are both female undergraduates. The 2nd floor, 3-bedroom apartment was renovated last year. In addition to a large kitchen and a cozy living room, we have a laundry room, with a private washer and dryer, in the apartment. We also have access to a lovely backyard, perfect for summer barbecuing. There is ample on-street parking. The apartment is situated close to the Divinity School, at about a 20-25 minute walk to Yale's central campus. It is on the shuttle route. In addition to the rent ($400), you will be responsible for the gas, electric and Internet bills, which, split three ways, average at around $60/month. Renter pays for internet, electric and gas. All utilities total cost about $60/ a month after being split between the three tenants
