Looking for someone to rent out my 2nd bedroom in Ashland, MA. Bedroom has a private master bath and there is also a shared half bathroom downstairs. Bedroom is quite spacious at about 500 square feet. Plenty of space for a king size bed, desk and other furnishings. You would have your own attached garage parking spot, Central AC, Deck for grilling (propane grill available for usage), full living room and kitchen (dishwasher!). In-unit laundry is in the basement of the unit. Living room and kitchen are already furnished. You would just need Snow removal is covered by the HOA. They plow the immediate driveway area and also shovel the walk way and deck. No shoveling! I do have a dog who is very friendly. He is a border collie (very active/energetic) and does get along well with other dogs. I'm 36 Male - Would prefer to live with someone between 25-45 most likely. Okay if you have a dog and I do NOT charge extra for a dog. Only ask is that your dog is house trained. I own the unit but this would be a roommate type set up with bills split evenly for internet, electric, heat. Water/Sewer/Trash is covered by myself. Payment of $1400/month is 50/50 split on mortgage and HOA payment. No smoking allowed inside the unit. Other than that pretty standard.
