This home was originally 1 floor with a full basement but a 2nd floor was added on in 1997 which added an additional 5 bedrooms and a bathroom. The original kitchen was gutted and redone and opens up to our back room that can be used as a family room, dining room or sunroom. Several years ago, we added a patio on to the back of our home which is accessed from the back room sliding door. We also have solar panels used to offset our electricity and save at least $200 a month. All windows have been replaced with energy efficient windows.
