The air conditioning is a window unit and there is a gas furnace for heat. The bathroom has a stand up shower. There is not a washer and drier in this unit. We have 1 parking space per apartment. Additional parking is allowed on the street in front of the house. Black Mountain Lodge has five units, each with a separate entrance. A stairway leading up from the front porch will bring you to Unit 3. This 388 sq ft apartment faces the front of the house and offers beautiful views of the mountains. The entry brings you to the small but well appointed kitchen, where you will find everything you need for preparing meals. The adjoining bedroom features a queen size bed, a couple of swing style chairs and a smart tv you can use to log into your streaming subscriptions. There are lots of windows that bring in natural light and give the space a cheerful atmosphere. We allow 1 pet (small dog or cat), and if you have a pet please be considerate of other groups in the building. Please no dogs that bark if you are away. Dogs must be in a crate if left alone. Keep dogs on a leash at all times. No smoking inside or on any of the porches. Maximum 1 pet. No barking dogs.
