We are just down the street from good earth natural foods and a 10 minute walk to downtown fairfax. We are not a property management company - this is my Dad's house and he lives downstairs and is very quiet. Rent price includes wifi, water and garbage. Tenant pays for PG&E. Laundry and storage space is included (located below the deck of the backyard). The storage space is shared but the washer and dryer is dedicated to the unit. Parking in driveway is included and can fit one car comfortably, 2 cars is a bit of a squeeze but can maybe work. I look forward to hearing from you!
