Armory Park is a wonderful, historic neighborhood very close to downtown Tucson. This renovated duplex has two 600sqft rooms (with storage): one could be a studio for painting, weaving, dance, yoga the other has a kitchen, granite counters, antique wood-burning stove. Both have A/C and Heat. There is lots of light: skylights, exposed trusses and brick walls painted white. In the bath an open Mexican tiled shower. And a brick patio with a covered porch. No Smoking in or out. One small dog would love the patio. I pay water and wi-fi. You are responsible for gas and electricity. Parking is on street and 1 spot by rear gate. The washer is shared and the sun is the dryer. On request I will send a copy of the rental agreement, please fill it out and return to start the viewing process.
