This boat has all the comfort and luxury you would need to enjoy the ride around the Tampa Bay area. Inquire for availability. Pool heat is an amenity included at no additional charge. We are pet-friendly with a fee per pet per stay that is paid separately once a reservation is confirmed. Please check with us first for the applicable pet fee as it varies depending on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply due to insurer's policy. This is the perfect location to take advantage of the vibrant beach community. Bask in the sun of the Gulf Beaches, relax with a drink on Gulf Blvd while watching the sunset, and with so many great restaurants, it won't be hard to find a wonderful meal. We love the Indian Rocks Beach local community, but many suffered after Hurricane Milton. To show our support, we have temporarily reduced our rates to encourage travel and tourism in the area. The pool heater temperature will be set to a maximum of 82F in winter, which is November 1 to March 31. From April 1 through October 31, the pool heater is off. The heater is a heat pump and will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees. No smoking, no parties or events. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM. Minimum rental age of 25. For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival. Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply. Hourly rates may apply for early check-in or late check-out.
