Landlord shall not be liable to the tenant for any damages caused to them or their persons or property by water, rain, snow, ice sleet, fire, storms, or accident, or by breakage, stoppage, or leakage of water, gas, heating, or sewer pipes upon, about, or adjacent to the premises. Landlord shall not be liable to tenant for losses occurring through theft or burglary. Landlord recommends purchase of renter's insurance to protect against such losses.
